Stage, screen and television actress Carrie Snodgrass (1946-2004) was nominated for an Academy Award for her role as Tina Balser in Diary of a Mad Housewife (1970). Snodgrass, who had made her film debut the previous year in an uncredited role in Easy Rider, would go on to appear in such features as Rabbit, Run (1970), The Fury (1978), The Attic (1980), Pale Rider (1985), Wild Things (1998) and Bartleby (2001). She made her first TV appearance on an episode of Judd for the Defense in 1969, the year she also appeared in the first of a long list of made-for-TV movies. Snodgrass had walked away from her career just as it was getting started to live with singer Neil Young, with whom she had a son. Minor surface creases (not evident head on), one at hair. Name written (unknown hand) on verso (no show through). Fine condition.
