I will be leaving for China this week and am really looking forward to that. The next Narconon game is December 7th. I look forward to seeing you there. Warmest regards". Accompanied by unsigned, typed envelop addressed to Diller, postmarked Marina Del Rey, California, October 27, 1980. Cathy Lee Crosby (b.1944), the daughter of Lawrence Welk announcer Lou Crosby and actress Linda Hayes, played professional tennis and was an all-around athlete. She hosted the TV series That's Incredible (1980-1984), starred in an off-Broadway play (Almost Perfect,1988) and a few movies (Coach, 1978; Untamed Love, 1994).
