CAUGHT IN THE NET PLAY CAST A signed Playbill from a production of Caught in the Net, including signatures from Tony Randall, Paxton Whitehead, Harry Groener, and three others Show bill signed: "Tony Randall", "Harry/Groener", "Paxton Whitehead", "Daisy Eagan", "Justun Schultz", "Love/Ann Sidney",  in various inks, 38ps, 5½x8½. A Playbill for a production of Caught in the Net at the Mainstage Theatre in Miami, Florida. Best remembered as Felix Unger in the TV version of The Odd Couple (1969-1974), TONY RANDALL (1920-2004) was an accomplished radio and stage actor from the late 1940s. From the late 1950s, he starred in successful film comedies, including Will Success Spoil Rock Hunter? (1957), Pillow Talk (1959) and Lover Come Back (1961). Randall's other TV credits included The Tony Randall Show (1976) and the Emmy Award-winning, Dear Sydney (1981-1982). Sometimes in trouble with the networks for his outspoken politics, Randall was also in demand for quiz shows because of his encyclopedic knowledge of trivia. PAXTON WHITEHEAD, who starred as Sherlock Holmes, was born in England in 1937. After stage performances in England and Canada, he made his Broadway debut in The Affair (1962), and he can be heard on the cast recording of Beyond the Fringe (1964). For 10 years (1967-1977) he was Director of Ontario's Shaw Festival, appearing in several of the plays and performing them on recordings. He was nominated for a Tony (1980) in a revival of Camelot. In 2007, he came out of retirement for a cameo appearance on American TV's Desperate Housewives. HARRY GROENER (b. 1951) is one of the hardest working actors in show business, with scores of Broadway, TV and film credits. He is best remembered as the villainous Mayor Wilkins on WB's Buffy the Vampire Slayer and for his three-year run as Ralph Drang on NBC's Dear John. His film appearances include Brubaker (1980), Amistad (1997 ), Dance with Me (1998), Road to Perdition (2002) and About Schmidt (2002). Also signed by DAISY EAGAN (b. 1979), who played Vicki Smith, became one of the youngest-ever performers to win a Tony, taking home the Best Performance by a Featured Actress in a Musical in 1991 at age 11 for her portrayal of the character of Mary Lennox in The Secret Garden from 1991 to 1993. In addition to her many stage roles, Eagan appeared in the following films: Losing Isaiah (1995), Ripe (1996), and Tony n' Tina's Wedding (2004). She has also guest starred on several TV shows including Numb3rs in 2006 and Without a Trace in 2007. JUSTIN SCHULTZ as Gavin Smith, and ANN SIDNEY (b. 1944) as Barbara Smith. Corners slightly worn. Lightly soiled. Otherwise, fine condition.
