Promotion for the 1983 comedy, National Lampoon's Vacation, which starred Chase as Clark Griswold, a father who takes his family on a disastrous road trip. ©1983, Warner Bros. Inc. One of the most likeable comedic personalities of the 1970s and 1980s, Chevy Chase, born Cornelius Crane Chase in 1943, achieved immediate popularity with his short stint (1975-1976) on Saturday Night Live. He began his career as a comedy writer for the Smothers Brothers and "National Lampoon", which led to a series of four Vacation movies starring Chase as bumbling Clark Griswold. Chase also created the classic Irwin M. Fletcher (Fletch) for the big screen, and his other film credits include Caddyshack (1980), Spies Like Us (1985), Three Amigos! (1986), Man of the House (1995), Snow Day (2000) and Orange County (2002). Lightly creased at corners. Minor surface creases (not evident head on). Fine condition.
