Vinson personal check No.146-53 Payable to Julius Garfinckel & Company for $14.20 drawn on check of The First National Bank, Louisa, Kentucky. In notes: May 25th Bill - Payment in Full. Vinson (1890-1953), born Frederick Moore Vinson, was U. S. Representative from Kentucky (1925-1929, 1931-1937), U. S.
