Known for his Top Ten Hit "Sailing", musician Christopher Cross (b. 1951) first began playing music in a cover band until signing a contract with Warner Bros. His debut album, self-titled Christopher Cross, was a smash hit, winning him five Grammy Awards (including Record of the Year, Album of the Year, Song of the Year and Best New Artist). He was the first artist to have won all four General Field Grammy Awards in the same year, and has been the only since. Despite his initial fame and success with his debut album and his second album, Another Page, Cross' popularity declined after the mid 1980's. He still continues to work in music today, and his songs can be heard in television shows and films. Corners and edges lightly worn. Fine condition.
