(two surfaces) name typed under signature. CHRISTOPHER MORLEY (1890-1957)
was an American journalist and writer. Morley was the author of Kitty
Foyle (1939), which was made into an Oscar winning movie in 1940. He was
also one of the founders and editors of the Saturday Review of
Literature, one of the first judges for the Book-of-the-Month
Club and author of more than 100 essay and poetry collections and novels,
including Parnassus on Wheels (1917) and Thunder on the Left
(1925). Glue stains at edges of smaller paper. Otherwise, fine
condition.
