Photograph signed: "Chuck Foreman", B/w 4x6. Running back Chuck Foreman was born on October 26, 1950 in Frederick, Maryland. Coming out of the University of Miami Foreman was drafted twelfth overall by the Minnesota Vikings in the 1973 NFL Draft. His first year, Foreman scored 4 touchdowns, rushed for 801 yards and was selected as the NFC Rookie of the Year for 1973. He spent seven of his eight seasons in the NFL with the Vikings, spending his last season in New England with the Patriots. In 1975, he nearly surpassed Gale Sayers record 22 touchdowns in a season, having tied Sayers during the final game of the season, he was injured and left the game. On the bench Foreman watched O.J. Simpson on the opposing team score his 23rd touchdown of the season. He was a five-time Pro-Bowler and played in three Super Bowls with the Vikings. Foreman ended his career with 76 touchdowns, 5,950 rushing yards and 3,156 receiving yards. Fine condition.
