Inscribed signature: "To Perry/Claire Luce", 6x4¼ album leaf. Actress Claire Luce(1903-1989) appeared in several feature films in the 1930s and teamed up with Fred Astaire for The Gay Divorce on Broadway (1932). Her other Broadway credits include The Ziegfield Follies of 1927 and Of Mice and Men (1937). Later in her career, she became the first American actress to appear at the Shakespeare Memorial Theatre in Britain. Lightly creased. Slightly toned at right edge. Filing holes at left edge. Otherwise, fine condition.
