In 1988, Lelouch was the screenwriter, co-producer and director of Itinéraire d'un enfante gâté (Itinerary of a Spoiled Child). French director, screenwriter, producer, cinematographer and sometimes actor Claude Lelouch (born in Paris in 1937) began making his first documentary short films in the 1950s. In 1960, he formed his own production company, Les Films 13, writing, directing, producing in his first production, The Right of Man, that year. Lelouch first gained international attention with Un Homme et Une Femme (A Man and a Woman), for which he won Academy Awards for Best Foreign Language Film and Best Original Screenplay and was nominated for the Oscar for Best Director. Lelouch was also nominated for an Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay in 1975 for Tout une vie. He is also known to American audiences for Les Misérables, for which he was the screenwriter, director, cinematographer and producer. Minor surface creases (not evident head on) at upper right background. Fine condition.
