CLIFFORD “QUACK” BROWN The Philadelphia Stars baseball player signs this Negro Baseball League trading card Trading/sports card signed: “Clifford Brown” in black felt. 2½x3½. Clifford "Quack" Brown (b. 1930) was a professional baseball player. He played for the Philadelphia Stars from 1949 to 1951, playing as a second baseman and short stop. Brown happened to play in three different baseball games in one day and score a home run in each. They were his first three of his career. After retiring from the Negro Leagues, Brown coached little league baseball in Tampa, Florida. Corners rounded. Edges lightly worn. Otherwise, fine condition.
