Replying to your letters, I tell you that it was not possible for me to grand your petition because I am informed about the no favorable events to our cause made by some citizens who are always with the firm purpose of helping the enemy. Due to what you say, I will immediately communicate and ask the Chief of the 2o. Brigade General Prudencio Martinez to please order me whatever he thinks is necessary.
