The 2009 Dallas Cowboys finished first in the NFC East division with a record of 11-5, but were defeated 34-3 by Brett Favre and the Minnesota Vikings in the Divisional round of the playoffs. This mini-helmet bears the signatures of the team's starting Right Outside Linebacker, Tight End, Cornerback, Kicker and Punter. DeMARCUS WARE was born on July 31, 1982 in Auburn, Alabama. Coming out of Troy University, he was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys as the eleventh overall pick in the 2005 NFL Draft. Since then he has wreaked havoc on opposing quarterbacks, gaining six consecutive trips to the Pro Bowl, and becoming the 2008 NFC Defensive Player of the Year. The two-time NFL sacks leader, has accumulated 99.5 sacks and 478 tackles so far in his impressive career. JASON WITTEN was born on May 6, 1982 in Elizabethton, Tennessee. Selected by the Cowboys as a third round draft pick out of the University of Tennessee, he had an impressive rookie season, and in his sophomore season was selected to the Pro Bowl, and returned to the Pro Bowl in his next six seasons. The All-Pro tight end displays phenomenal blocking and passing abilities, proving himself as one of the elite tight ends in the NFL. The 2009 NFL Iron Man of the Year, he has recorded 7,909 receiving yards and 41 touchdowns to date. Cornerback TERENCE NEWMAN was born on September 4, 1978. He attended college at Kansas State where he was an All-American, Big 12 Conference Defensive Player of the Year and won the Jim Thorpe Award. In the 2003 NFL draft he was selected fifth overall by the Dallas Cowboys. Since then, Newman has been selected to two Pro Bowls. He has a career total of 32 interceptions which he returned for 345 yards and three touchdowns. Kicker NICK FOLK was born on November 5, 1984 in Los Angeles, California. Drafted by the Dallas Cowboys out of the University of Arizona in 2007, he was selected for the Pro Bowl in his rookie season. He spent two more years with the Cowboys before moving on to kick for the NFC East rival New York Giants. Punter MAT McBRIAR was born on July 8, 1979 in Melbourne, Australia. Signed as a free agent to the Cowboys practice squad in 2003, he made headlines by kicking a 75 yard punt in a game. McBriar has remained with the Cowboys through the 2001 season and was selected to two Pro Bowls. Fine condition.
