it is a welcomed relief to see a company with such a high productivity
record. I admire the ways you are implementing employee involvement. This is
a very important aspect of business management which many companies overlook.
Employees are the most valuable resource for new ideas and innovations. Your
excellent record for energy conservation and worker safety cannot be
surpassed. I wish to compliment you on the acquirement of the many various
awards of safety. Safety within a company inspires confidence with employees,
which inturn (sic) increases productivity. Keep up the good work! Please

Daniel Ray "Dan" Coats (born in 1943) was a Republican U.S. Representative
from Indiana from 1981-1988. An attorney and Army veteran, Coats then served
as a U.S. Senator (1988-1999) and U.S. Ambassador to Germany
(2001-2005). Coats was considered one of President George W. Bush's top
choices for Secretary of Defense, a post that went to Donald Rumsfeld.
Lightly creased with folds, lower horizontal fold at the upper loop of the "D".
Pinholes at upper left margin, date stamp at upper right edge, pencil check mark
at right margin. Fine condition.
