DAN KREIDER
The Super Bowl Champ's signed printed card the Steelers.
Printed card signed in ink: "Dan Kreider/35", in black felt tip, 5x3 card. Fullback Dan Kreider (b.1977) had to fight just like everyone else at the Steeler's 2000 summer training camp for a spot on Cowher's team. Kreider, who went undrafted out of New Hampshire, was looking to undue his draft snub by solidifying a spot as a starter. With the Steeler's Jon Witman's early-season injury in October of 2000, Kreider was given his chance to prove his worth. He went on to not only become part of the starting 12, but he won Pittsburgh's Joe Greene Great Performance Award for his stellar rookie season. From there on he regularly started in games, helping guide the Steelers to their Super Bowl XL win in 2005. He remained with the Steelers until the end of the 2007 season. Brief and ineffective stints in St. Louis and Arizona prompted his retirement in 2009. The Pittsburgh Steelers have dominated the NFL in Super Bowl titles since the Chuck Noll era of the 1970s. Coach Bill Cowher helped extend Pittsburgh's leading franchise record with winning Super Bowl XL in 2005. The Steelers current coach, Mike Tomlin, has carried on the torch with Big Ben Roethlisberger, winning his first Super Bowl in 2009. Tomlin became the youngest coach in the NFL to win a Super Bowl that season. Stars of the legendary Steeler team include NFL greats Terry Bradshaw, Mean Joe Greene, Jerome "The Bus" Bettis and football's most iconic safety Troy Polamalu. In recent years, Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown has made a name for himself as one of the leading receivers in both league and franchise history. Big Ben still ranks high amongst quarterbacks in the league with a 92.6 passer rating. Fine condition.
