(b.1950) is an American actress who made a name for herself as Cindy
Smith on The Smith Family (1971-1972). She's also known as Jeannie
Stone on The Streets of San Francisco (1973-1977), Margaret Delvin on
The Oregon Trail (1977) and Mary Lou Springer on Bret Maverick
(1981-1982). Carr, a diverse performer, is a well accomplished voice
actress, featured in The Pirates of Dark Water (1991-1993) and The
Real Adventures of Jonny Quest (1996-1997). One of her earliest acting
credits is from The Jungle Book(1967), in which she voiced Shanti, the
singing girl who leads Mowgli into the village at the end of the film.
