With a 2¼x3 b/w reproduction of the cover to the Aug. 15, 1977 cover of People magazine, cover story: "They're/really/Bosley's/Angels". American actor Doyle (1929-1997) had acting credits in over 100 movies and TV shows between 1959 and 1998, as well as numerous Broadway plays in the 1950s and 1960s. But you probably remember him best as Bosley from Charlie's Angels (1976-1981), a role that earned him an Emmy Ward nomination in 1977 and a Golden Globe nomination in 1980. Your kids may know him better as the voice of Grandpa Pickles in Rugrats from 1991 to 1998; Joe Alaskey took over the role after Doyle's death. His big break came in 1956 when he replaced Walter Matthau as Michael Freeman in the original Broadway production of Will Success Spoil Rock Hunter?. George R. Sanders, originally a disc jockey, became a prominent radio/TV interview host, first in Los Angeles and later in Portland. Lightly scratched and creased. Neatly torn from album at left edge. Lightly rounded and creased corners. Otherwise, fine condition.
