In full: "In consideration of the publicity to be given to me and which may arise herefrom, my consent is hereby irrevocably given to you, your assignees and licensees, and to the Chicago Tribune-New York News Syndicate, Inc., and its subscribers and licensees, to use my name, picture, or portrait, in publications for editorial or promotional purposes, excluding, however, commercial advertising." Name typed at upper margin. Scottish-born actor David McCallum (1933-2023) was in such films as Billy Budd (1962), The Great Escape (1963) and The Greatest Story Ever Told (1965), and has appeared in many made-for-TV movies and series. He is probably best known for the TV series, The Man from U.N.C.L.E., which ran on NBC from 1964 to 1968. McCallum, who guest starred on a long list of TV shows, has recently been seen on The Education of Max Bickford and had recurring roles on JAG and Navy NCIS. He was married to actress Jill Ireland from 1957-1967. Stray pencil notations at lower and upper left blank margins. Otherwise, fine condition.
