DAVID MORSE
As President of his own film production company, Morse twice signs a contract lending
himself to another company to act in the film The Crossing Guard.
Contract signed twice: "David Morse", as actor and as President of David Morse, Inc., 17
pages, 8½x11. West Hollywood, California, 1993 December 28. As President of David
Morse, Inc., Morse lends himself as an actor to Crossing Guard Productions, Inc., for the
purpose of appearing in a film of the same name. The agreement is contingent upon financing
conditions and upon securing Jack Nicholson as actor for the film. David Morse began
his acting career on the stages of Boston and New York, making his movie debut in Inside
Moves (1980). He starred in the TV medical drama St. Elsewhere through most of the 1980s.
As a film actor, Morse has been featured in both art house films and multiplex favorites, equally
adept at sympathetic and villainous characters. In The Crossing Guard, Morse is pursued
by a bitter Jack Nicholson, whose daughter he killed while driving drunk. Staple holes
and light creases at upper left corner. Otherwise, fine condition.
