Prochnow, President, The First National Bank of Chicago, Chicago, Illinois. In full: "Thank you for writing me about Assistant Secretary Bundy's recent appearance before the Chicago Committee. Sincerely yours," Dean Rusk (1909-1994) served as Secretary of State throughout the JFK and LBJ administrations, January 20, 1961 to January 20, 1969.
