Dermot Walsh (1924-2002) was seen frequently on Dublin and London stages, and produced
some stage plays as well. He appeared in more than 40 films between 1946 and 1983,
landing lead roles opposite actresses like Margaret Lockwood, Glynis Johns and Hazel
Court (his first wife). His first starring role was in Hungry Hill (1947). He played the title
role in TV's Richard the Lionheart (1962-1963). Actress Elizabeth Dermot-Walsh is his
daughter by his third marriage. Edges and corners worn. Ink note (unknown hand) on verso.
