In the year she made this film, Keaton also starred in Psycho Mein Amour and Mrs. Soffel. Stage, screen and television actress Diane Keaton (born Diane Hall in 1946) gained fame in a series of Woody Allen comedies, winning an Academy Award for Best Actress in his ambitious work, Annie Hall (1977). She has been nominated for the coveted Best Actress Oscar three additional times: Reds (1981), Marvin's Room (1996) and Something's Gotta Give (2003). Her other films include roles as Kay Adams Corleone in the three Godfather films (1972, 1974 and 1990. Keaton, who was an original cast member of the Broadway musical, Hair (1968), was nominated for the 1969 Tony Award for Best Featured Actress in a Play for Play It Again, Sam. She has also made appearances in made-for-TV movies, guest starred on several shows and has directed both TV series and feature films, her first being Unstrung Heroes (1995). Gold "D" at "D" of signature, likely from Keaton changing pens. Slightly creased at upper left blank corner. Black mark at lower right edge. Fine condition.
