July 29, 1989, Foreign Tax Indemnity between Zoetrope Italia and Diane Keaton, stating that she will pay foreign taxes on any money she has made while working in Italy on The Godfather: Part III. Stage, screen and television actress Diane Keaton, born Diane Hall in Los Angeles, California in 1946, gained fame in a series of Woody Allen comedies, winning an Academy Award for Best Actress in his ambitious Annie Hall (1977). She has been nominated for the coveted Best Actress Oscar three additional times: Reds (1981), Marvin's Room (1996) and Something's Gotta Give (2003). Her other films include roles as Kay Adams Corleone in the three Godfather films (1972, 1974 and 1990. Keaton, who was an original cast member of the Broadway musical, Hair (1968), was nominated for the 1969 Tony Award for Best Featured Actress in a Play for Play It Again, Sam. She has also made appearances in made-for-TV movies, guest starred on several shows and has directed both TV series and feature films, her first being Unstrung Heroes (1995). Fred Fuchs is a television and movie producer. He worked with Francis Ford Coppola on The Godfather: Part III (1990), and was producer or executive producer of numerous other films, including Tucker (1988), Bram Stoker's Dracula (1992) and The Virgin Suicides (1999).
