overall, 4x3 affixed paper (two surfaces). Jones signs in Character of Dick West
from the Range Rider TV Series. Dick Jones (1927-2014) was cast as
the voice of Pinocchio at age 10. Hoot Gibson had him performing riding
and rope tricks at age six in the rodeo and ultimately sponsored his move to
California. Other early movie parts were in Mr. Smith Goes to
Washington and Destry Rides Again with James Stewart. In 1949,
Gene Autry hired him as a stun man thus beginning his television career:
The Range Rider -he was the sidekick (1951-53), Dick West and
Buffalo Bill Jr. (1955-56) with guest appearances on
Gunsmoke, Annie Oakley and The Lone Ranger. Jones
worked in nearly 100 films and more than 200 television episodes, retiring from
show business in 1959. Left edge jagged and torn from removal from album.
Creased from adhesion. Light surface creases throughout. Irregularly cut.

condition.
