pleasant letter. I am so pleased that you derive so much enjoyment from our
programme and of course I am only too happy to enclose a signed photograph.

presenter Dickie Davies (b. 1933) was the lead sports presenter on
ITV's World of Sport from 1968 to 1985, known for his white forelock.
After the show left the air, Davies remained with the network through the Seoul
Olympics of 1988. Later he hosted Dickie Davies' Sporting Heroes
for British Sky Broadcasting. He is heard occasionally on ESPN Classic. Davies,
always a favorite of comic impressionists, returned to ITV for their 50th
anniversary commemoration of World of Sport. Bottom edge frayed. Fold in
center. Adhesive stains across. Light surface creases. Otherwise, fine
condition.
