Annotated document signed “Dom DeLuise” in black ink. With black and blue notations in unknown hand and red ink stamps. 1 page, 8x10, with three file holes along left edge. Aug. 22, 1983. DeLuise signed this consent document to appear on KABC Radio in Los Angeles, California between 12:15 p.m. and 12:56 p.m. He was to be interviewed about his starring role in Cannonball Run II (1984) and his appearance in the TV movie Happy (1983). DeLuise appeared in two films in 1983, the year that he signed this document: in Happy and in the Swedish animated film Peter-No-Tail. Comic actor Dom DeLuise (1933-2009) has appeared on Broadway and on the big and small screens.  His feature films include The Glass-Bottom Boat (1966), The Twelve Chairs (1970), Blazing Saddles (1974), Silent Movie (1976), The End (1978), The Muppet Movie (1979), History of the World - Part 1 (1981), The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas (1982), Spaceballs (1987) and Robin Hood: Men in Tights (1993), and DeLuise also hosted a weekly summer variety program on TV. A lifelong opera buff, DeLuise has been given the opportunity from time to time to perform with various opera companies. In 1995, he brought down the house at New York's Metropolitan in the role of Frosh the Jailer in Die Fledermaus. Lightly toned and creased, otherwise in fine condition.
