Singer/guitarist/songwriter Don Gibson (1928-2003) performed both
traditional country music and crossover country pop. He was at the height of his
popularity in the late 1950s and early 1960s, releasing Top Ten hits such as
"Sweet Dreams", "Oh Lonesome Me", "I Can't Stop Lovin' You" and "Blue Blue
Day". His songs were covered by many artists, including Patsy Cline and
Ray Charles. Gibson had occasional hits into the 1980s, and continued to
tour and perform at the Grand Ole Opry. Corners slightly worn and creased.
Slightl surface creases. Top edge frayed. Otherwise, fine
condition.
