DON'T JUST STAND THERE MOVIE CAST: ROBERT J. WAGNER and MARY TYLER MOORE
The co-stars signs still from their 1968 film in black ink
Printed photograph signed in ink: "All My Best/ Robert Wagner" and "Mary Tyler Moore" in black ink. B/w, 10x8. ROBERT WAGNER (b. 1930) played romantic leads with ease, but it wasn't until he essayed the two-scene role of a shell-shocked war veteran in With a Song in My Heart (1952) that studio executives recognized his potential as a dramatic actor. He went on to play the title roles in Prince Valiant (1954) and The True Story of Jesse James (1956), and shocked his bobby-soxer fan following by effectively portraying a cold-blooded murderer in A Kiss Before Dying (1955). After a two-year hiatus, Wagner made a comeback as star of the lighthearted TV espionage series It Takes a Thief (1968-1970). For the rest of his career, Wagner would enjoy his greatest success on TV, first in the mid-'70s series Switch, then opposite Stefanie Powers in the internationally popular Hart to Hart, which ran from 1979 through 1983. Actress Mary Tyler Moore (1936-2017) starred in two of television's most successful comedies: The Dick Van Dyke Show (1961-1966) and The Mary Tyler Moore Show (1970-1977). She won six Emmys during her career, five of which were for one of those two shows. Other awards include three Golden Globes and two Tony Awards. She primarily kept to television even towards the end of her career (most recently making guest appearances on Hot in Cleveland), but film credits include Thoroughly Modern Millie (1967) Ordinary People (1980). Moore is considered one of the best female comedic actresses ever. Slightly toned. Corners rounded. Fine condition.
