photograph of her affixed (2 surfaces). Canadian singer Dorothy Collins
(1926-1994) was born in Windsor, Ontario. She first appeared to American
audiences in the television program Hit Your Parade (1952-1956) and a
successful singing career soon followed. She scored big hits with her singles
"My Boy- Flat Top", "Baciare Baciare" and "Seven Days" and was nominated for
a Tony Award for Best Actress in a Musical for her performance in Stephen
Sondheim's 1971 musical Follies. Collins was married to American
composer Raymond Scott from 1952 to 1965. Fine condition.
