Photograph signed: “Doug/Bodger/#3” in purple felt. 8x10. Doug Bodger (b. 1966) is a
former Canadian ice hockey defenseman in the National Hockey League. He was picked
second by the Pittsburgh Penguins, ninth overall in the 1984 NHL Draft and would play
in over 1,000 games in the NHL with the Penguins, Buffalo Sabres, San Jose Sharks, New
Jersey Devils, Los Angeles Kings, and the Vancouver Canucks. He also represented Canada
at three World Championships, winning a silver medal at the 1996 tournament. He retired
on December 14, 1999 with the Vancouver Canucks as the highest scoring defenseman
from British Columbia. In 2006, he was inducted into the British Columbia Hockey Hall of
Fame. Lightly toned. Corners slightly rounded. Signature slightly smudged. Pencil note
(unknown hand) on verso. Light indentations in left edge. Otherwise, fine condition.
