black ink, 5x3. Small magazine photo affixed to the left of signature. Doug
Sulliman (b. 1959) is a retired NHL player, playing for 11 seasons with
the New York Rangers (1979-1981), Hartford Whalers (1981-1984), New Jersey
Devils (1984-1988), and the Philadelphia Flyers (1988-1990). Sulliman was
drafted 13th overall in 1979 by the New York Rangers, but is most remembered as
being a favorite of the New Jersey Devils. While on the team, he was
nominated for several awards, including Players' MVP (won), Fan
Club MVP (won), Good Guy Award (won), Three Star Award (won), and the Masterton
Trophy (nominee). After retiring in 1990, Sulliman worked as an assistant
coach for the Devils, and later served as assistant coach for the Phoenix
Coyotes under head coach Wayne Gretzky. Fine
