Inscribed photograph signed "To/Trinia-/Good Luck,/always/Earl Holliman". Pencil notations on verso in unknown hand. B/w, 8x9¾ overall, 7½x9¼ image, one surface. Actor Holliman, born in 1928, turned in impressive work on many live TV anthologies during the 1950s. His performance as a shipwrecked Marine in a 1958 Kraft Theatre production led to his being cast in Twilight Zone's pilot episode Where is Everybody? (1959). Holliman has also starred in a number of films, including The Rainmaker (1956), which earned him a Golden Globe, and Sons of Katie Elder (1965), which also starred John Wayne. Lightly toned, cracked, creased and bowed. Tape residue in bottom corners and top left corner (not visible head-on). Pinhead-sized area of paper loss near top edge. Paper loss on verso (no show-through). Light scratches and impressions on image (not visible head-on). Otherwise in fine condition.
