4x6. Eddie Giacomin (b. 1939) was one of hockey's great goaltenders
during his illustrious 13-year career. He spent 11 seasons (1965-66 to 1975-76)
with New York, putting an indelible mark on the club's record book. He
registered 266 wins, 169 losses, 90 ties and 49 shutouts along with a 2.73
goals-against average in 539 career matches. He is the Ranger's all-time
leader in wins (266) and shutouts (49). Only Gump Worsley has tended the
Rangers' nets in more games than Giacomin's 539 career matches. He was inducted
into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1987. Edges irregular. Otherwise, fine
condition.
