Inscribed Signature: "To Bud -/Eileen/Rodgers", 4¼x3½card.
Eileen Rodgers (1930-2003) was a nightclub singer and lead vocalist for
Charlie Spivak's orchestra before moving to Broadway. She sang the
show-stopping hit, "Gentleman Jimmy," in Fiorello! (1959), and played
Reno Sweeney in a 1962 revival of Anything Goes (and on the recording).
She made 30 singles and two LPs for Columbia, and had a hit record in 1956,
"Miracle of Love." Fine condition.
