Sedgwick (1898-1991, born in Galveston, Texas) was an actress in over 110
movies, most of them serials with Universal and two-reel oaters. She got her
big break replacing an ill Molly Malone in The Lure of the Circus, which
was only her 61st movie, but the studios didn't push her vehicles hard enough.
She attempted a comeback in 1928 under the screen name Greta Yoltz, but it
didn't work out, and she retired after an uncredited role as a harem girl in
1930's The Jade Box. Lightly toned and bowed, otherwise in fine
condition.
