Autograph Note signed: "Fondly,/Emil Sitka", 1 page, 5x3. No place, no date. "To Warren", in full: "Sorry I don't have any of the zoo or more photos not already mailed out. Perhaps in the future? Keep in touch". Emil Sitka (1914-1998) was one of only two actors (the other being Harold Brauer) to work with all six of the Three Stooges. The character actor appeared in so many Three Stooges films that he was often called "the fourth Stooge."His most famous movie line, "Hold hands, you lovebirds!" comes from the Three Stooges short, Brideless Groom (1947). Sitka, a regular at Three Stooges fan conventions, received frequent requests to repeat the line at fans' weddings. It appears on his tombstone. Sitka continued acting through 1992, appearing in many TV guest spots, mostly in sitcoms like My Favorite Martian. Ink note (unknown hand) on verso (no show through). Otherwise, fine condition.
