"one penny" ("£0-0-1"). George Emlyn Williams (1905-1987) was a
distinguished Welsh playwright (Night Must Fall, 1936; The Corn is
Green, 1942), screenwriter (The Man Who Knew Too Much, 1934)
and film and stage actor (who won a Tony for A Boy Growing Up,
1958). In addition to plays, he penned a novel, two autobiographies and a
controversial true crime study, Beyond Belief (1967). Slightly creased.
