Italian operatic baritone Enzo Mascherini (1910-1981) made his stage debut in La Traviata in 1937, and first appeared at La Scala in 1940. He toured internationally after World War II, delivering some legendary performances opposite Maria Callas in the early 1950s. He can be seen in the film version of Il Trovatore (1949). Edges purposely cut ragged. Lightly toned. Mounting residue on verso. Corners lightly creased. Otherwise, fine condition.
