Petty cash disbursement voucher for the amount of $20.00. Erich von Stroheim Jr. (1916-1968), the oldest son and namesake of the famed Austrian-born actor and director, appeared on screen as a baby in Chaplin's Easy Street (1917). He made six more appearances on screen, including a final one in Two Weeks in Another Town (1962), but most of his work was as an assistant director, beginning in 1944. His work was most prominent on TV, and he contributed in the 1950s and 1960s to multiple episodes of I Led Three Lives, Highway Patrol, One Step Beyond, Peter Gunn, Combat and The High Chaparral. In 1965, the year reported here, he was assistant director on an episode of The Man from U.N.C.L.E. and the feature film Once a Thief. His last film, released after his death, was Medium Cool. Lightly toned. Binding holes along top edge. Otherwise, fine condition.
