In part: "Dear Mrs Wainwright, Scranton is further away from New York than I thought, as I discovered passing just South of it this afternoon. Ernest Dimnet (1866-1954) was a French cleric, author, and philosopher. Dimnet is also well regarded for his popular French translations of English books written by Charlotte, Emily, and Anne Bronte. Multiple folds. Light surface creases. Toned. Corners slightly worn and creased. Faint stain on verso, bottom right margin. Otherwise, fine condition.
