The 1994 film Exit to Eden follows a man who goes to the island of Eden to live out a fantasy, but ends up finding himself in trouble with some local diamond smugglers. PAUL MERCURIO (b. 1963) began his performing career as a ballet dancer. By nineteen years old, Mercurio had secured the role of Principal Dancer at the Sydney Dance Company, a role which he held onto for a decade. During his time as Principal Dancer, he choreographed six titles that were performed by the company. After leaving Sydney Dance, Mercurio started his own company entitled Australian Choreographic Ensemble which produced dances for the six years between 1992 and 1998. Starting out his film career, Mercurio made his onscreen debut in the 1992 film Strictly Ballroom, playing as Scott Hastings. His performance in Strictly Ballroom (1992) earned him a Best Actor in a Lead Role nomination in 1993. Since his film debut, he has been cast in over twenty titles including Back of Beyond (1995), Kick (1999), and the television series Through My Eyes, and City Homicide. More recently, Mercurio was a judge on the Australian and New Zealand versions of the hit television show Dancing with the Stars. IMAN (b. 1955) is a Somali fashion designer, entrepreneur, and actress. Her first break came as a university student when she was discovered by an American photographer. She quickly moved to the United States to pursue a modeling career. Her first works included Vogue magazine, but after landing multiple magazine covers, Iman established herself as a supermodel. After nearly twenty years modeling, Iman started her own cosmetics company, Iman Cosmetics, which, as of 2010, is a multi-million dollar-a-year company. She has appeared in twenty titles since her film debut The Human Factor, a 1979 British film. Some of her roles include Nina Beka in No Way Out (1987), Cynthia in L.A. Story (1991), and Nina Blackstone in Exit to Eden (1994). She has been the recipient of multiple awards for fashion and philanthropic causes, and continues to work in many industries. Fine condition.
