Gormé signs a release form consenting to the use of her name or picture by the Chicago Tribune - New York News Syndicate for editorial or promotional purposes, excluding commercial advertising. Singer Eydie Gormé (1928-2013) was a regular on Steve Allen's Tonight Show (1954-1957), marrying Steve Lawrence, a fellow cast member. She was a very popular TV guest star, peaking in the 1960s and 1970s. She won two Grammys, the first with husband Lawrence for Pop Duo (1960), the second on her own for best Female Pop Vocal ("If He Walked Into My Life", 1966). She had her biggest hit, "Blame It on the Bossa Nova" in 1963. Pinhole in left margin. Fine condition.
