With black ink notations near top edge in unknown hand. 4½x7, on stationery from Elmore House, Brixton, London, England. Robinson (1830-1901) was an English novelist. His novels and books include Poor Humanity, Her Face Was Her Fortune, A Woman's Ransom, A Bridge of Glass, Anne Judge, Spinster, Grandmother's Money and Church and Chapel and the novella Minions of the Moon. Lightly toned, soiled, stained and creased. Discolored near left edge. Page was torn neatly from notebook or pad on left edge. Rounded bottom corners. Folded in quarters and unfolded. Otherwise in fine condition.
