Identifiable among the other signers are "Astra Desmond", "Eileen Joyce", and "Walder Landauer", all composers of classical music, 9x5½, 1938, signed on one side by seven WALLER, bandleader, recording artist, and pianist, was the first jazz musician to master the organ. Among his compositions are Ain't Misbehavin' and Honeysuckle Rose. GOODMAN, bandleader and clarinetist, gave the first jazz concert in Carnegie Hall in 1938, the year he signed this page. He was the first white bandleader to integrate black and white musicians so it is very appropriate that the great black jazz musician has signed with the great white jazz musician known as the King of Swing.
