TLS: "F. Ziegfeld", 1p, 6¼x7. New Amsterdam Theatre, New York, 1922 November 15. To Mr. R.L. Giffen, New York City. In full: "I will be glad to hear from you if you have a definite offer, but my intention is to take the picture myself." The Broadway impresario introduced a new type of production, the "revue", with The Follies of 1907. This was followed by his annual productions, called the Ziegfeld Follies, from 1908-1925, 1927, 1930-1931. Flo died in 1932. Fine condition.
