Certificate which originally accompanied a signed copy of a resolution adopted by unanimous consent of the Board of Directors of Zoetrope Productions, electing "the below named person" (Francis Ford Coppola) as Director of the Company. [Original resolution not included.] Screenwriter, director and producer FRANCIS FORD COPPOLA has won four Academy Awards: once for Best Screenplay (Patton, 1970), twice for Best Adapted Screenplay (Godfather, 1972; and Godfather II, 1974) and Best Director (Godfather II). His name is linked to such other well known films as American Graffiti (1973), The Conversation (1974), Apocalypse Now (1979), The Godfather III (1990), Bram Stoker's Dracula (1992), The Rainmaker (1997) and Lost in Translation (2003). His sister is actress Talia Shire. He founded Zoetrope Productions in 1969. The company is now co-owned by his son and daughter, Roman Coppola and Sofia Coppola. JEAN A. AUTREY, signing here as Secretary of the corporation, has been production controller and accountant on many of its films, beginning with Apocalypse Now (1979). Staple holes at top left corner.
