8½x11. No place, 1984 July 10. On The Jeffersons letterhead. In
full: "My greatest role was Macbeth at Stratford, Conn. and my
later 'dagger speech' at the White House for a State Dinner during the Kennedy
administration. All love!" Accompanied by original envelope addressed in
unknown hand. A veteran of many TV drama and sitcom guest appearances, Franklin
Cover played Tom Willis, the husband in American TV's first inter-racial
marriage, on The Jeffersons (1975-1985). Lightly creased. Otherwise,
fine condition.
