'84/ Fred Scott" in blue ink. Color, 7x5. Former vaudeville entertainer
and opera singer Fred Scott (1902-1992), who had appeared in some Mack
Sennett comedies of the silent film era, gained popularity as "the
Silvery-Voiced Buckaroo" in low-budget Western movies of the 1930s. His
highest rated films at All-Movie guide were The Roaming Cowboy, The
Rangers' Roundup and Knight of the Plains, all from the late 1930s.
