FULL CIRCLE PLAY CAST, CO-SIGNED BY: LEONARD NIMOY, LINDA CARLSON
The two acclaimed performers sign this Playbill for the Anta Theatre production of "Full Circle"
Show bill signed: "Linda/Carlson" and "Leonard/Nimoy" in black felt. 40 pages, 5½x9. Playbill for the showing of "Full Circle" at Anta Theatre in November 1973. Signed on page 2. Linda Carlson (b. 1945) is an American actress. Carlson broke into professional theater with the Negro Ensemble Company in New York, then went on to appear in theater at the Guthrie Theater in Minneapolis, Minnesota, as well as with the Indiana Repertory Theatre in Indianapolis, Indiana. She has been a frequent TV presence since the late 1970s, with recurring appearances on Kaz (1978-1979), Newhart (1984-1988), Murder One (1995-1997) and Clueless (1997-1999). Some of her movie roles include Honey, I Blew Up the Kid (1992) and The Beverly Hillbillies (1993). Leonard Nimoy (1931-2015) played the Vulcan science officer, Mr. Spock, preceding Shatner's arrival by appearing in the pilot. The Spock character was killed off in the second Trek picture but - this being science fiction - reborn in the third one. He went on to direct such non-Trek film endeavors as 3 Men and a Baby (1987), The Good Mother (1988), Funny About Love (1990) and Holy Matrimony (1994). He also produced and acted in the 1991 TV movie Never Forget. Other acting roles include two seasons on Mission: Impossible, and the remake of Invasion of the Body Snatchers. Leonard Nimoy now seems resigned to being forever associated with the role that brought him international fame; having previously written a memoir, I Am Not Spock, he titled his more autobiography I Am Spock. Toned. Corners rounded. Cover partially torn and frayed. Otherwise, fine condition.
