GABLE AND LOMBARD MOVIE CAST
Still from the 1976 film signed by stars Jill Clayburgh and James Brolin in black felt tip
Photograph signed: "Jill Clayburgh", "James Brolin", in black felt tip, B/w 8x10. JILL CLAYBURGH's (1933-2010) "official" stepping stones into stardom include her continuing role on the TV daytime drama Search for Tomorrow and her Broadway appearances in such successes as The Rothschilds and Pippin. Some of the highlights of her film career include Portnoy's Complaint (1972), The Thief Who Came to Dinner(1974), Silver Streak (1977) and Semi-Tough (1977). In 1968, JAMES BROLIN (b. 1940) attained stardom with his Emmy-winning characterization of Dr. Steve Kiley on the popular TV medical series Marcus Welby, M.D. During his five years with Welby, Brolin returned to films to play such choice roles as the unbalanced Vietnam vet in Skyjacked (1972) and ill-fated vacationer John Blaine in Westworld (1973). Brolin also starred on the weekly series Hotel (1983). In 1998, Brolin assumed one of his most high-profile, real-life roles to date as the husband of Barbra Streisand, whom he married in July of that year. Ink print on verso. Corners slightly worn and creased. Slight surface creases and dents (not seen head on). Otherwise, fine condition.
